Chase Renovates and Design is a family-owned interior renovation and design company led by husband-and-wife team Alex and Laura Chase. Based in the Poconos, we proudly serve homeowners throughout the Lehigh Valley, Allentown, Easton, and North Jersey, specializing in interior renovations that combine quality craftsmanship, intentional design, and creative problem-solving.

 

Alex began his career in general contracting in 2018 while living in Pittsburgh, starting with his first home flip. What began as a hands-on renovation quickly grew into a passion for construction, project management, and delivering durable, high-quality results. From the start, Alex focused on doing things the right way—with attention to detail and long-term value.

 

Laura holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Moore College of Art and Design and managed all design aspects of those early projects. Her background in design brought a cohesive, thoughtful approach to each renovation, ensuring spaces were both functional and visually aligned with the homeowners’ lifestyle. Working together from the beginning showed us the power of integrating design and construction under one roof.

 

After relocating to the Poconos, we officially combined our expertise to offer a seamless design-build approach. This allows for clearer communication, efficient timelines, and design intent carried through every phase of construction. We’re especially passionate about solving challenging layouts, awkward spaces, and design issues that never quite worked. Whether it’s a tight floor plan or a room that feels disconnected, we enjoy creating smart, creative solutions tailored to each home and homeowner.
