Initial Consultation

You’ll meet with Alex and Laura for a paid, in-person consultation to discuss your project, goals, budget, and timeline. This meeting allows us to understand your wants and needs in detail. Following the consultation, we provide a clear proposal outlining both a design estimate and a build estimate so you know exactly what to expect before moving forward.

Design Phase

Once the estimates are approved, we begin the design process tailored specifically to your vision and lifestyle. This phase includes mood boards, material and finish sourcing, layout planning, renderings, and floor plans as needed. Every design decision is made with your input to ensure the final plan is both functional and beautiful.

Build Phase

After the design is finalized, Alex leads the construction process from start to finish. With the design already thoughtfully planned, the build phase is efficient, organized, and cohesive—bringing your vision to life with quality craftsmanship and clear communication throughout the project.
